A transaction, once confirmed, is final and no cancellation is permissible. However, www.superinnings.in, at its sole and absolute discretion, permits a User to cancel a transaction and refund the amount paid. If the User sends a written request to Superinnings from the registered email Id to cancel such payment or If the payment is made for participation in the paid version(s) of the Contest(s), the cancellation request must be received at least 48 Hours prior to the commencement of the round in respect of which the payment is made. Superinnings not be liable to refund any amount thereafter.
Superinnings will, at its sole and absolute discretion, refund the User after deducting any cancellation fees and taxes. Users may also be required to comply with certain additional terms and conditions at the time of the transaction. These terms and conditions shall also govern the transaction. Whenever any of the additional terms and conditions conflict with the present terms and conditions, the additional terms and conditions will take precedence.
We will not cancel our contest if a real match is postponed / cancelled. We will refund your money, after deducting taxes, into an online wallet maintained on our website. You may not withdraw or request cash equivalents from this account, but you may use this fund to play any other contest of the same value. The same content will be launched again.
Any contest may be canceled by us, Superinnings, without prior notice to you (user). After you cancel a contest, we will refund your money by any electronic means such as payment gateways, bank transfers, etc. within 15 days.
