Fairplay Policy

As part of the terms and conditions that govern the use of Superinnings ("Platform"), this fair play policy ("Policy") ensures that all games played on the Platform adhere to high standards of fairness, competition, skill, and sportsmanship. The Policy outlines the mandatory standards of conduct expected of users of the Platform ("Users" or "You"), as well as specific measures implemented to ensure these standards.

Chronmile Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter, "Superinnings", or "We" or "Us" or "Our") reserves the right to take actions based on its sole discretion to enforce this Policy on all games occurring on the Platform, so Users should read this Policy carefully before playing a game.

The term "Fair Play Violation" refers to any activity that violates this Policy, including:

• Any activity that uses unfair means to manipulate a game's outcome on the Platform, regardless of whether it is in the user's favor;
• Fraudulent, illegal, or unfair activity, as determined by Superinnings in its sole discretion;
• Activity that involves transferring funds from one person to another or between distinct sources, thereby involving money transfers;
• The collusion of two or more players to achieve a result during a game is known as syndicate play;
